Switching between hot and cold sensations supports the immune system and is key to healthy sauna bathing and sauna culture. There is sweating, and then there is sweating. Modern sauna-goers might want to experience tranquility, but at the same time be social. This might sound like a paradox – but it is quite popular. Share some quality time with your best friend – for that you need the perfect atmosphere. You need areas that emanate individuality and variation, tranquility and spaciousness.

Cooling Down
There are a number of areas to experience a fresh sensation after the sauna. Discover our cold grotto, shower sensation, cold plunge pools and a crushed ice well.
Quiet areas
The upper level features a gallery designed as a quiet area with more than 60 loungers – incl. 15 loungers in a separate glass spa bedroom. The ground level provides additional possibilities to relax alongside the windows or the lounge area in the sauna garden.
